Subscription Terms

1. Plans and Pricing

We offer the following monthly subscription plans. All prices exclude VAT.

2. Payment by Direct Debit

All subscriptions are collected by recurring Direct Debit from your UK bank account. By setting up a Direct Debit mandate, you authorise us to collect the monthly subscription amount plus any applicable VAT on or after your billing date each month.

Your first payment will be collected when your subscription begins. Subsequent payments are collected on the same date each month (or the nearest working day if that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday).

Electric Limes Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. VAT at the applicable UK rate will be added to all subscription and add-on charges. A VAT invoice will be provided for every payment.

If you are a business outside the UK, different VAT rules may apply. Please contact us before subscribing to confirm your applicable VAT treatment.

5. Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice (by email) before any price change takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies without incurring a cancellation charge.

6. 21-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 21 days of your first payment, we will refund your subscription fee in full — no questions asked.

To claim:

  1. Contact us via our contact page within 21 days of your first payment
  2. Include your name and the email address used when subscribing
  3. We will process your refund within 5–10 working days

The guarantee applies to your first subscription period only and cannot be used more than once per business.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving 30 days' written notice via our contact page.

Your subscription will continue and you will receive the service until the end of the 30-day notice period. No pro-rata refund is given for the remaining days in the final billing period (except where the 21-day money-back guarantee applies).

If you cancel your Direct Debit mandate with your bank without giving us notice, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts.

8. Suspension and Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund if:

9. Failed Payments

If a Direct Debit payment fails, we will attempt to contact you and retry collection. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, we may suspend your service until the balance is settled. Outstanding amounts may be referred to a debt recovery service.
